The Key to Our Success

In 1995, we began searching for a good location to build Golden Collision Center. We found a piece of land on Highway 10/Cantrell Road in West Little Rock, Arkansas and with the help of many good people we designed our new state of the art auto repair facility.

Golden Collision Center opened in November, 1996. We began with one technician and one person in the front office. In the past 15 years we have grown to 15 employees and countless satisfied customers.

As we look forward to the next 15 years in Little Rock, we are excited about the new advancements in vehicles and the opportunities that lie ahead for our family in the Collision Repair Industry.

The best facility, with the best equipment in the world, does not ensure success. It is the people in our company that are our greatest assets.

Let me introduce you to just a few.....

Tommy is our body shop foreman. He has been with us since the planning stages of Golden Collision Center. He has just recently completed Snap-On Factory training on all of our frame equipment and ultrasound measuring equipment. He is Certified in all aspects of Collision Repair. His skills are outstanding and his attention to detail is why he is responsible for quality control at Golden Collision Center.
Felicia is our Business Manager. She started out seven years ago as our receptionist, and she has been handling our Financial Office for the past several years. She is now learning the estimating process so she can help us continue to provide outstanding customer service. She is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
Tuyet is our lead Customer Service Representative. She is amazing with our customers and receives great reviews for her work. We are very fortunate to have her as part of Golden Collision Center. Come by for an estimate and you will see what everyone is raving about.
Jamila is our secondary Customer Service Representative. She has been with the company since November 2006. She started out as our receptionist and was promoted to her current position just a few years later. She has attended numerous seminars and training classes, but her sincere desire to help our customers is her greatest attribute. She is also a native of Hot Springs, AR.

Our technicians are the foundation of our auto body repair center. As a group, they continue to attend classes and seminars and participate in vendor training. They are the reason that your vehicle is repaired beautifully, and we are proud of their craftsmanship and commitment. Because of them we are able to offer our Golden Collision Center Lifetime Warranty. We warrant our workmanship for the length of time you, our customer, own your vehicle.
