After My Accident, What Comes Next?

1. Assuming that everyone is okay, you may want to contact your insurance agent to begin the claim process and have a claim number assigned. If you are unsure that you want to file an insurance claim, then we will be happy to provide you with a free estimate in advance.

2. If your vehicle is not drivable, you will want to have it towed to an auto body repair center of your choice. Golden Collision Center has Metro Towing at 501-225-3974 or Asher Wrecker Service at 501-562-2293 available for your towing needs anytime day or night. Tell them that Golden Collision Center will be doing the auto body repairs. They will pick your car up and deliver it to us safely.

3. If your insurance company writes an estimate, then we will be happy to work directly from their estimate. Should we discover that additional items are damaged once the auto body repairs are underway, we will contact your insurance company to coordinate approval for the additional items. We will handle the billing for those items as well.

4. If you wish to pay for repairs without an insurance company involved or if you are unsure whether to file a claim we will provide a written estimate before the auto body repairs begin. While we will do our best to be as accurate as possible with our estimate, it is possible some additional damage may be discovered during the auto body repair process. We will contact you and give you your options on the best way possible to proceed in the event additional damage is found.

5. We are always happy to provide an initial estimate for you at no charge.
